Dan's OCP Notes

I've collected and written many notes while preparing for the OCP tests.

Obviously they are useful for test preparation but I will sometimes refer
to them when I'm doing actual DBA work.

Originally I wrote the notes as my personal reference so they have many
errors, misspellings and other miscellaneous rough edges.
