1)  Our old DBA was able to do some sort of query to see which SQL queries
were taking the most time (well not time, but buffer reads - basically cpu utilization).  Is there any
way that you can make a report that displays the

most offending scripts on a weekly basis to a list of emails? Start with you
and me (billb@teambikle.com).  This could really help out engineering's efforts
into performance tuning.

2)  Bob also has some Database issues that he needs resolved.  Consider his issues as the number one
priority for the next two weeks.  A couple of things that he has mentioned.

   a) Get Managed Mode working between biklepr and biklereport.
   b) add more disk space on hqbikle01 with the unutilized hard drive.
   c) assure that our backups are in order for proper recovery - talk to Richard about where and when
the current backups are stored.

   d) consider an archive plan for the EVENT table.  I am thinking that we only need to keep the last 3
months worth of events online.

   e) get an inventory of the cron jobs being run on biklepr and biklereport
   f) assure that archive logs are being removed that are over 3 days old on biklerc and biklereport.
